URGENT HELP! Cloudy eyes & ICH!!

Help! All my fish have ich and cloudy eyes... I have live rock / live sand & some inverts so that limits my medications. I have a hospital tank, but there is NO way I can get the fish out... I've tried for hours to catch them, but they're so fast!...
Anyway, I just started treatment with KICK ICH & Melafix. I'm planning to also start RALLY today (when I get it)... I really want to cure my fish and don't care anymore if I lose the inverts (although these are all supposed to be reef safe). I've started putting in some garlic juice into the tank and also soaking all their food (seaweed & brine shrimp) in minced fresh garlic cloves... The fish are active and eating well... I even feed my lionfish frozen silversides that are soaked in garlic & vitamins...
His cloudy eyes and ich are also getting worse...
I've dropped salinity down to 1.0019...
Any other suggestions???
This is my first major disease outbreak and I'm panicking!!

What kind of filtration should I use in my hospital tank?... I just got a 10 gallon kit from WalMart, a heater, and an airstone... What else should I put in there?
I'm going to put in water from my main tank into the hospital tank... then try to catch the fish and treat them in there...

You can not use either hypo or copper in your main tank....yeah the inverts can’t take it, but, also, the live rock can’t take it either. Hypo and copper will kill LR and hit the LS pretty hard too.
The thing to do, is to empty your tank of the live rock...yeah it is a hassle, but it can be done and placed back in the tank within an hour. You can lay the rock on a shower curtain on the floor spraying it down with salt water [constantly]. Get the fish out and in to a hospital, then replace the LR. This is your easiest solution. It sounds drastic, but it really is not....its just a hassle.
