I just got a small dog face puffer for my 50 gallon tank a few days ago. I have a dwarf lion and sometime since last night the puffer was stung under his head. The store told me they were compatible and should be fine.
There is a swollen ball the size of a half a marble on the bottom of him and his whole face is swollen. He is swimming around seeming some what normal and I just put food in and he aggresively ate.
What will happen to him? Is he going to die or can he survive this? If he survives, will the swelling just go away so he looks normal again or will he always look deformed like this?
