is it possible to fire a 400 watt radium bulb on a "new style coralvue 400 watt ballast,the ballast are the new style adjustable coralvue that can adjust down to 250 watt or up to 400 watts" this is the description of the ballast from the ad.i hope you underestand this question. this is urgent!!!!!!
