used 125 set up advice

My lfs guy has a 125 Allglass tank, no leaks, with pine stand and full pine canopy, VHO lighting, wet/dry sump and overflow, and protein skimmer, that his son in law is selling due to a move.
Have not personally seen it yet.
He's asking $750.00
I've never even priced tanks of that size yet. Not sure much more than that now ... plus I don't know makes models of the accessories, but what do you all think ?

if the tank and equiptment is in good shape,then I would say,YES.it's worth the money.I would try offering $500 for it though.That would be a killer deal.
