I stand corrected.I just looked and a Ushio 250w 10k was $79.99 without shipping.

Occasionally you can get them on the auct*** site cheaper but you have to wait until someone lists them. Could be weeks before someone lists so if you need them now then $80 sounds about right. I think I bought one off the Auct*** site for $49 plus shipping a while back so you would really only save about $20 each.
