Using the royal Blues on the main setup as moonlights at dusk

Hi was wondering if this would work? Instead of buying and creating a separate track for moonlighting, If my LED build is dim-able and my whites and blues are on separate drivers could I use my royal blues from my main setup and dim them down for use as my moonlighting at dusk/night?

Tried it, it's still too bright. And with a lot of LED drivers, anything under 10% has no visible output of light.

The HLG drivers might be the only option to dim down far enough......
