does USPS ship to po boxes instead of bringing the box to your house if you dont have a mailbox?
its not ups but usps,
I was waiting for an important package once FROM the USPS and stayed home from work because of it. I waited till about 5pm and still no package, so I walk 50ft to the mailbox and there is a PINK SLIP in there saying "I have a package to pick up at my local postoffice" Mind you this is small 4"x4" box. So instead of him walking 50ft to my mailbox with the package he just leaves the slip and makes me travel to the post office the next day.. WHICH after complaining to the postmaster there he said "If i wanted to file a complaint with the carrier" and I said "**** Yeah!"

If it isn't going to fit in the box, they aren't going to leave the package in an "unsecured" location.
Lol. Because my mailbox can only be opened and closed by usps employees and me. Anyone else to attempt and open the box gets electricuted. I can't believe that they have this policy.
