I bought one after reading the hype. It is still in the box in my closet. I don't think that I'll use it.

what are you trying to accomplish? the common ps pigments don't aborb much light that has wavelengths shorter than 400nm.

even though it may not do much, I still say use it. UV's all have their places in reef tanks.

I use to use it on my reef systems but after reading about the pros/cons have switched to using them only on my QT tanks.
