uv question

I am switching from a FOLR to a reef set up. My question here is should I run my UV steralizer all the time like I have been or should I run it for a few days out of the week. I ask because the guys at the LFS said a few times a week but I Have lodt all trust in them due to other reasons (see itchy fish thread in disease and treatment). Thanks

I have a highly successful Reef, and so do several of my friends, we all run UV 24/7.
I would suggest you do the same. :jumping:

I run mine 24/7 also. Remember to change the lamp about every 9 months.
