UV sterilizer recommenations anyone???

I'm please with my Aqua Ultraviolet unit, and they actually have real people that answer the phone and are pretty knowledgable.
Based on research I did, you would want an 8 watt unit and be able to adjust the flowrate from 321 GPH for regular use (that gives you an exposure of 60,000 µw/cm2, and turns the tank about 6 times an hour) down to 161 GPH for zapping Ick and other nasty stuff as needed (an exposure of 90,000 µw/cm2).
There are a lot of opinions on UVs, so you'll want to browse through here before you make a final decision. Personally, I think the pros outweigh the cons in a FO tank, and I have had no problems with Ick or anything else since I put mine in.

if you got the clams get it. you cant go wrong with better filtration.
