I need to know a good Ultraviolet Sterilizer for my 125gl reef tank . do i need a sepert pump to run it? And dose it need to run all the time?

I only run uv in q/t or if I am useing med on a fish.
Some do run them in d/t and yes with a p/h just for it.
And the time some do some don't.
Imo onlt in q/t tank with fish 24/7 with p/h for it only.
