V-Tail Grouper question

Is there anyone out there who know how big a v-tail grouper will get, and if he will get along with a Panther grouper??? Right now my V-tail is about four to five inches long and he is very healthy and FAT, also I have a puffer that I don't know the name of, i got it from a friend, It is black with zebra stripes on his belly and little white spots on his cheeks, can anyone tell me what he is he is really cool looking!!!!!

The V-Tail gets between 8-10 inches I believe.
I would not put him with another grouper, especially one that grows to be huge.
The puffer sounds like it could possibly be a Stars and Stripes puffer.
