v8 juice

i have been doing a lot of research and i am planning on raising some clowns,
i was talking with a local lfs owner who breeds clowns, and we were discussing greenwater, and he says he does not use it????
he puts a couple drops of v8 juice in to enrich the rotifers, and he has had sucess,
has anybody heard of this or tried this??
it would be alot cheaper and easier to skip the greenwater.
it sort of makes sense that v8 juice is nothing but pureed veggies

I did a Google search and it seems several people are having success using V8 Juice. Very interesting I must say so myself! Thanks for sharing.

i found it to be strange :notsure:
but, not having to setup greenwater cultures would be awesome :cheer:
i would love to hear if anyone on here has had sucess with it
