I notice all the time on here of people going on vacation to come home to a bombed tank.
WELL IT HAS HAPPENED TO US!
Went to Tulsa on Tues. and Wed. for the PGA Championships, Came home about 8:00 last night to no air conditioning. The house was 98' , our 24g Aquapod was 94.5' and the Temp strip on the FW 29g was unreadable.
Luckily I have a bud who is a hvac repairman. AC was back on line by 9:00.
We slowly dropped the temp by floating small bags of ice, had it back to normal by morning.
Casualities-
Coral beauty,Fire Shrimp,Tonga mushroom,Yellow polyps,Green star polyps
Survivors- Ocellaris clown, Diamond Gobie, Yellow Watchman, Emerald Crab, Sandsifting star and as far as we can tell all of the CUC. All the FW survived.
Did a 10% Wc tonight. WHAT NEXT. PLEASE HELP!
