vaccuming gravel

when i do my weekly waterchange choudl i vaccume up the crushed coral, every week.... how often shoudl i be doing this? ever other week or so?

I do my 55 after I take the water out to change weekly..

you really shouldn't ever need to vacuum the subtrate because it causes nitrate buildup to be released. but since you have crushed coral i am not sure. get a sand sifting fish or invert and they'll clean it up for you.

I would vacumn the CC every water change. If you don't, it will build up gunk, IE left over food, fish poop and the like. This will cause your nitrates to run high.....A good clean up crew will help... Sandsifting fish won't work with crushed coral...

Yep, just do your changes via the vacuum.
