Valentini/ Blue spot puffers

How aggressive are these smaller puffers? Will they hold there own with a huma trigger, tangs, etc. I realize they only grow to about 4" so I wonder if they would survive once their tankmates double their size.

I can only speak about the valentini very peace full not reef safe would only keep one to a tank but smaller fish can be troublesome territorial damselfish, tangs and some wrasses will probable cause the most trouble
