Hello!
I have a 30 gallon Nano saltwater tank.. it currently has 2 clowns, orchid dottyback, leopard wrasse and valentini puffer. I did have a fire shrimp which I just found dead :(... I’ve had the shrimp for about 6 months ish maybe longer. he’s always been great- he did recently molt and has been pale ever since, so I was worried :(... but I also took a chance on the puffer added recently (about 1 month). I know I had a chance of killing the shrimp :(. So I’m not sure what happened. My question is has anyone been successful on keeping a shrimp and a valentini puffer? I’ve read some people have been successful. I’d love to get another one as I really enjoyed having him- but don’t want to put onein my tank to just have him die. So I’m kind of at a loss :(.

Puffers will eat shrimp. Its a main part of their diet. That said, your really pushing your stocking limits in a 30. I would test your water aswell. Inverts are far more sensitive to water quality then fish
