I've done some surfing and saw a couple places that say 20 gallons is enough for a Valentini puffer. has anyone kept one before ? if it was the only fish in the tank how would it do in a aquapod?
this is the tank cycling.
how big do they get? I always though puffers need larger tanks and create a large bioload. You might not be able to have other small fish and he will eat your shrimp so those are out of the question too IMO.
Valentini puffers are in the toby puffer group, which means they stay relatively small. I think it should be okay in the aquapod, but it will definitely not be able to be housed with shrimp/small crabs.
