Valentini won't eat new food!

well after getting tired of feeding him shrimp every day i thought i would get some sort of food from the lfs to make my day a little more easy. i bought: BIO-Blend Marine Food Carnivore Diet *ideal for treggers, puffers, and groupers* he doesnt seem to eat it tho, he will chew some of it up then spit it out like its too big for him to chew. what do i do? the pellets are small and i try crumbling them up but he won't eat...

I have a valentini in my tank also i have a butterfly and angel and I feed them the angel and butterfly formula and he also eats that. He loves shrimp brine. Yours might be a little more picky considering he has been eating shrimp. Maybe this will help. The pieces aren't that big for him to chew in the angel and butterfly mix.

try soaking food in garlic juice the fish love it and go nuts eating it seems like a cat nip for fish to me but gets them to eat
