Vegas Shows

I am going to Vegas in May.... It is not a new experience for me, as we go at least 6 times a year. But, this time I am taking my Grandma (who goes often as well), and we want to go and see a show. I have gone to some fights and other sporting events out there, but this is going to be a first. We have already nixed Celine Dion (I cant stand her, no matter how good her voice is!!), David Copperfield, Penn & Teller, Wayne Newton (Is he still alive?!?!), and Blue Man Group (I would love to, but she thinks they are stupid based on a commercial). Anybody seen any kick butt shows they would recommend? Obviously with the way we play and things the cost is not an issue, as our host just wants to know what we want to see. I appreciate any help!!!

I travel to Vegas at least every other month for business...I am actually gettinig sick of the place...ok...now I know I am getting sick in the head :) Vegas ROCKS!!!
Tom Jones is still playing ~ Grandma probably finds him dreamy
Mama Mia ~ ABBA still rocks if Grandma is under 75
Mystere~ If grandma is young at heart
KA ~ If grandma is into cultural stuff, such as Asian museums
Zumanity ~ avoid at all cost!
Water show - the Belliago is still free and pretty cool if she hasn't been to Vegas in a while...if your pocket books allows you to...stay there and get a fountain view...it's so worth the extra corals or a new tank you would've got :)

I have to agree. "O" is tops and I would go see it again in a minute. If it's still as popular as it was when I was there in 2001, you may have to stay at the Bellagio to get tickets. We stayed there and they hold back good seats for their guests.

I really like the "Tournament of the Kings". But do not sit in the front row. They serve an ok meal while you eat and if your in the front row the horses throw some dirt up and could land in your food. If I remember right is was only $40 and lasted almost 2 hrs.
