i was thinking of making a diy skimmer and using one of these fittings my question is do u have to hook these up to a air pump? can ppl with these please post pics
No most venturi skimmers don't use air pumps. The only ones I know of that use air pumps are counter current design with air stones. They are very efficient and easy to make but you have monthly maintenance of changing the airstone.
