Venturi valves

I am building a skimmer and am in need of a venturi valve. Is this something that I can build myself or does Home Depot stock something?
I have been experimenting with injecting air into the pump, but the bubles are too big.

I doubt you can make one yourself and H.D. and Lowe's don't carry them. Try an online supplier like Champion Lighting or Marine Depot or somewhere. SWF does not carry them.
