Verizon VoIP system

Anyone here using the Verizon VoIP system? I was thinking baout switching over to it.. we seldom use our house phone so 500 mins outgoing calls nation wide would work great for us. I also already have our house fully wired with Cat5 network cable. I was going to switch from our cable modem service to Verizon DSL anyway so it seems like a good idea. Opinions? :notsure:

lol I work for RCN cable.. unfortunatly where I live RCN isnt available or I would use them for all of my services.. What do you do for Concast?

im just a lowly technician... installing...disco's......service.. nothing real exciting

really? what area. Im a field supervisor for a bunch of "lowly technicans"

for RCN in the lehigh valley. Were really a subcontractor and have offices in NJ and now in NYC too. Its a far cry from my education but it pays the bills

i don't like the verizon they not good .
i use in : halprice.rnktel.com they provide volp i pay 29.90 + tax a month and i have unlimited local and long distance call + free international call. i i make a lot of international call and for this price it's fantastic
i know that ther is other company that you can check it's nikkom.com
they provide the volp phone.
if you have cable modem it's the best. if you connect direct aol company you need to check becoause aol blocking other volp system.
