What is the very best way to remove nitrate?? I know filter can remove ammonia, and nitrite, but I have not heard of one that does nitrate?? What are your favorite filters??

team it up with lr and a skimmer adn you cover everything, ammonia nitrite and nitrate, as well as excess waste

Can you elaborate on these? I would be interested.
Nitrate Sponges = chemical that you can purchase at placed into your Power filter, canister. The chemical will absorb "nitrate" as the water passing through.
If i'm not mistaken anthem meant
Nitrate reduction chambers = Coil Denitrator
Calurpa will also help to reduce nitrate

lol.. nah.. i'm like an R/O filter.. for every 3-4 gallons of water downt he drain ya make 1 good gallon.
Just because i read it - i'll spend the next 6months RE-reading it, to really get it to sink in.. LOL
has anyone checked my overflow filters? they may be dirty.
