If one bulb on a 4 bulb vho setup goes out, will it keep the other three from starting. The three will flicker briefly and go out.
Icecap ballast/4 110 watt vho bulbs.

I am not sure but I think so. Call Icecap and ask.

YES.... if one bulb goes out, the other 3 WILL NOT fire up.
