VHO bulbs

Are URI bulbs the best VHO bulbs to buy? If so, know of any online sites that sell them pretty cheap? If URI's aren't the best, what are?

I use uri and like them I order them from www.championlighting.com , They also sell other aquarium products at good prices.

sorry no experience personally but everyone I know that uses VHO pretty much has URI bulbs so I guess the conclusion is yeah they are the best.
