Do I need indivicual reflectors for vho retro running on an icecap 660 ballast?

For T12 VHO, no they have internal 180 degree reflectors. They really don't make individual reflectors for T12 like they do for T5. If they did they'd be like 3-4" wide.

Marginal, I'd say. Be sure to put it up really high.
A Derasa or Squamosa would be a better choice for VHO.
