VHO lighting

Okay itis time to buy my lighting for my 46 bow. I have decided to go with VHO because of the fact that the tank has that center brace and two MH would be very hot. I have PC but in watts per gallon VHO is more space efficent.
Would a three bulb (95w each) be plenty or should go with the four bulb (95w each) retrofit kit i have seen. This is an ice cap setup.

I have 3 bulbs VHO 110 watts each in a 55 gallon tank and it seems to work fine. I keep mushrooms, Xenia, anenome, bubble coral, without any problems.

What do you plan to keep in your tank? For most things either should work fine. Also with the Icecap, if you set it up for three you can rewire it for 4 later if you like.
