VHO Lighting

I've got a 70g FOWLR currently with 3 NO lights. Since I haven't done corals before just wanted to get some opinions if this was enough to keep some low light corals. I was thinking about some blue and/or red mushroomms, maybe a colt coral, green star polyps, bubble coral etc. All water parameters are in good shape and the tank is well established (3 years old).
Second part, is I found a lead on some VHO lighting. It's a 4 bulb VHO kit that you can retro into a canopy. They wanted $140 for it. It has everything but the bulbs. They recommend 2 50/50's and 2 Actinics, for $98. Does this sound like a good mix? That brings the entire package to $238 for 440w of power. I thought this was a good price, but would this lighting allow me to keep just about any coral that I want or will I still have trouble? Need some opinions.
Thanks.

an up-grade to the 440 watts of vho would be a good way to start keeping a wide assortment of corals......and it sounds like a very nice package for the money.......not much hope for the no's as far as keeping many if any corals............do some research and you'll find tons of lighting info that will help ya out

reef ranger nailed it right on the head. Ditch the NO and Pick up the VHO, you won't be sorry. you might look at a different color bulb besides the 50/50's, with the actinics in there that might give you a very blue tint. I would go with a for bulbs in the 8000k to 10000k range.

Sounds like a great price to me. I just finished searching the web near and far for the best lighting prices, and your deal sounds GREAT! In fact, if you don't mind, please e-mail me inforamation about where you found this deal. I could really use at least 2 VHO to supplement some PC's.
