vho or power compact which is better>?

the cora has a moon light system in it as well..
Does the vho do any better for the corals or is it the same as pwer compact?

From my experience, I have had both and prefer VHO. I currently have 4 110 watt bulbs with an ARO ballast. I like this setup. My corals have done better with this setup than with the PCs. I was not happy with the power compacts I had. I guess as far as technical advise I'm not much help, but as for personal preference/experience I like the VHO much better.
