you could try looking at a local lighting supply store.

Hellolights.com is pretty cheap. $129 for a two lamp ballast, $139 for a four lamp ballast.

i would definately try a local lighting store. my local lighting store here has 110watt HO ballasts for 33.71

I have a Ballast from hellolights.com and I can say that they work very well and there customer service is first rate.

can you use HO ballast for VHO bulds?

I think that the HO bulbls have a different kind of connection than VHO.
