Video of Baby Ponies

These little ponies are approximately 2-4 days old. About 25 babies were born. After returning home from Lisa's I moved them into the 1.5 gallon I purchased to bring Sasha and Saphire home in.

Hi Ryk!!
I can't believe how incredibly tiny those babies are!! Did you keep the filter for the tank in when you placed them? That's the only question I have about the fry tank that I bought (same as your's, but slightly bigger). If you did keep the filter in, did you manage to cover the intake?
Congratulations on the little newcomers...I'm definitely still eyeballing that sweet little 8 gallon biocube for dwarf horses...still waiting on Apache to see what's going to go on with him...he's swimming and acting perfectly normal again, by the way.
I do have a fry tank set up, and still waiting for babies...boiling pot...

Thanks Lisa, I can't believe how tiny they are either. I have to look extra close just to tell if it's a baby or a strand of algae. I wish horse babies were as simple as pony babies. I did leave the filter in and covered it up with a knee high nylon
Basically I wrapped it, twisted it, and doubled over the first layer, twisted it again...until there wasn't any excess left.
As for that sweet eight gallon I'm having visions of my little ponies dancing around in it for christmas!!! I can't wait for the pot to boil either. Glad to hear that Apache is doing better.
