OK you guys from Vegas! Any really good LFS to visit that has tanks/stands, equipment and stuff? Hubby and his co-driver have 3 days to spend and the crazy guys they are, they are now looking for tanks too. I was already told that they could transport a fairly large tank back in the hauler. Lord have mercy!!

yea ive been there don't expect to just see sharks and predatory live fish! they through in some other rare or exotic animals, too! (not telling you so u get something 2 c) It surprised me the time i went there

They are looking for actual stores, not exhibits. They've been to that a few times. It's unreal walking under the fish and sharks :)

PM the member here Maxalmon he may still live in Vegas, but he was also talking about moving a little bit ago. Wither way he would know the stores there.

Trop aquarium (las vegas) on Tropicanna is great for tanks and stands (some unfinished so you can stain/paint).
Atlantis Aquariums (las vegas) is pretty good.. not much for tanks and stuff but a nice selection of SWF.
Green Valley Aquarium (henderson) has a lot of fish (they are Marine dedicated).. but expensive on tanks and such.
Google them for addresses. Also check out craigslist in the LV area for some tanks.

Thanks! I ended up ordering the tank locally. They did spend Monday at the shark reef (again) and also did the behind the scenes tour. That one they had never done and my husband was totally blown away. Yesterday they went to the large 4 story mall and today they've already been to the Titanic exhibit and I believe right now he is at Margaritaville, then will stop at M&M and R&D store for mommy
I'm hoping he can find some cool wall hangings from Margaritaville for our larger tank. I can't wait!
