VITAMIN C

When you guys are talking about giving your tank vitamin c are you talking about "people's vit c"?
I have never found it for a tank. If not what's the other name it's given?

Check out your lfs. They should have a selection of reef supplements. You can add vita to your tank, or mix it with frozen food! Supplements are essential for a healthy, great looking tank!

Yep, people vitiman C. I only use it to treat corals that have been damaged or that I am propagating. I use little capsules from the health food store that contain a powder with a flour texture as opposed to something gritty. I rub the affected area of the coral with the powder and place it in a high water flow area.
