Vitamins for lionfish?

I copied this list from another post that V-lioness wrote but anyone can tell me, where do you get these vitamins and do u get this food fresh at like a deli or frozen.
vitamins (Selcon/Zoe), I feed Raw Shrimp, Crab, Mahi Mahi, Shark Steaks, Cray Fish, Ocean Perch, Squid, Octo, Smelt, Flounder, Red Snapper, Frozen Silversides, Frozen Sand Eels & Scallops.

Selcon is an old standby that most lfs have (it is expensive). As for the seafood, you can get either fresh or frozen, but ALWAYS freeze the fish before putting it into the tank. This kills most of the parasites and infectious organisms that might be on the food.

acually freezing does not kill off organizms that may be present in the meat.if this were true we could eat raw pork and poltry without worries..fw however will kill off most paresites or bacteria that could potentially infect your fish soak all foods in fw for 5-10 min then rinse well then soak in vit supplimets such as selcon and garlic extreme(these are what i use )for 5 min prior ro feeding..any frozen foods should be soaked in fw for thawing
