volitan lion's diet

I am looking to vary my lion's diet alittle.
right now he primarily eats krill with a few
live feeder fish occasionaly. is there any certain frozen food that they have been known to eat?

lions will eat krill, silversides, shrimp, squid, and pretty much any other meaty food. if you are having any troubles getting him to eat these, try using a feeder stick or putting them up to a pwerhead or a place where there is water movement. just wondering, what is in his tank and what size is it?

55gal. just the lion and 2 determined demsels. i've had the lion for like 4 months. he eats great, even from the begining. planning on getting a 125 gal after i move.

im assuming hes small since hes in a 55. im glad to hear youre moving him to a nice tank in the future. lions tend to be slow growers. when are you moving? bo
