Voltage leak

I had a tank crash and in cleaning up got a little shock. Water parameter actually quite good, but I grabbed my trusty voltmeter and I had about 20V leaking across. I turned everything off and the VM went to 0. I found my chiller leaking the most 12-14V, Everything else in the water seemed to be leaking about 0.5-1V ( 3 Koralia pumps, cansister filters etc.) The stuff is all less than 2 years old. The GFI does not seem to be bothered
My question:
Is a small voltage leak ( 0.5-1V) "normal" with all this electrical stuff, or am I looking at replacing most if not all of my equipment.

Not quite sure if i am ansering your question but, ant voltage in the tank is very bad. Do you have a Ground probe? It helps stop eletrical volts in the water if anything it leaking. and it will help you if you have your hand in the tank if there is a voltage in the tank.
