vortech pump???

anyone have any experience with these?..I am considering purchasing one. I have a 75 gallon and two #3 koralias right now. I am not quite happy with the flow....it may be attributed to the way I have my rock...but none the less...I thought the vortech was awesome. any ideas??

Vortechs' are very nice.......IMO not as good as the Tunzes but Vortechs would be my 2nd choice.....You honestly can't compare the Vortechs to the Koralias.....IMO they are in totally 2 different leagues.....

I have a Vortech(gen 1) and I would definitely say it works very well. In a 4ft tank a single mp40 will do very well, anything longer will really need a 2nd one though. My tank is 72 x 18 x 29 and I have one vortech and a single K3 at the other end to compensate for the vortech's lack of reach. Using a G2 vortech in one of the pulse modes would probably be sufficient in a 6ft tank . I will be upgrading the driver for mine and I will report back in a few weeks.
