First off please dont delete or lock this thread. I would like to hear what other COWBOYS fans think and have a good discussion..... if anything is deleted because of simialarity it should be "dallas has their puppet" as it is a grounds for bashing Jerry Jones.

As a die hard Cowboy fan Im interested in seeing what Wade Phillips can do for us. He brought a suffering Bills team to the playoffs and turned their record around. Shannon Sharp Flourished when he coached the Broncos as well. So in my mind he seems like the best thing to happen to Terrell and Terrell has stated he is excited at getting the shot to work with Wade , and Wade is Excited to work with T.O.
T.O. is happy about working with Garret as is Phillips.
Our defense is a 3-4 set ... Phillips is a defensive minded guy who has a past of building STRONG defenses and he has said he will act as D cord and let the offensive guys handle the offense.
Another thing I like about Phillips is his ability to work with players and bring in talent, rather than 6 or 7 has beens.
With that being said does anybody think he will use Roy Williams as more of a Blitz man and run for run Coverage rather than deep 1 on 1 pass coverage?
Roy Williams would flourish in that type of role.
Who will Wade Phillips bring in to play Strong Safety.... I doubt he will stick with who we have.
Wont say it was a good move to sign Phillips because I believe I was to quick to jump on the Tuna Bandwagon.
But I am going to give the guy a shot because it could be worse
