My anemone is set in my live rock. My clowns wont host.iv tried a few things so far the flash lite trick..and even not feeding them for a day and tried to feed above the anemone.they darted in snagged food and left..i want to move my anemone to the spot they hang out at..how can i get him out of the live rock.. and any other ideas on how to gett my fish to host. Instead of moving the anemone would be helpful.

What type of anemone and what type of clown fish do you have? I'm not an expert on either one but I do know that there are better combinations or types of each to have than others when it comes to hoping that a symbiotic relationship will occur. There may also be other factors that determine the odds of this occurring. Are the clowns wild caught specimens are tank raised?
How long have you had the anemone? I wouldn't move it around too much since that likely just causes more stress and you will inadvertently only prolong what it is that you're hoping for. Anemones will typically move about a tank in order to find a happy place that they can be suitable in anyways. So where ever that happens to be then that's where I'd end up focusing on the little tricks to try and encourage it to happen. These things take time. Sometimes months. Sometimes never.

You can't...they are either friends or not. If you move the anemone it will go back to where it is happy, and when it comes to the fish, they choose their place, and for a fish to stake out another territory means it has to fight for that new spot. Purchasing an anemone or a clown because you want them to host is almost always a disappointment. Purchase the critters because you like them and if they join and host...great.
