that is a tough one, i would most certainly check locally, the s&h on a tank that size'll kill you
check with local reef clubs(if any) and local pet stores, they may hav posts of used equipment for sale, as a courtesy(ours does, her logic is you are in her store, buying a tank from someone else,and you still will need supplies, wher if you are in someone elses store buying a used tank.....), also check the classified adds in your paper, or on ---- and other online auctions, but i caution you , you want to pick it up, so you can make sure it is in good condition(no leaks or cracks) and as i said, if you can ship one, it's gonna be NUTZO!
