wanting to get some mushrooms

I want to get some mushrooms for my 75 gallon tank. How strong of lighting would i need for those?

standard flouresent should be fine 80 watts would be nice

5 or 6 NO bulbs
3 or 4 NO bulbs run off an IceCap ballast *
2 or 3 VHO bulbs
2 or 3 PC bulbs
2 MH bulbs **
* = What I would use for a mushroom tank
** = Overkill for a mushroom tank but it will works great.

Bang guy,
What type of lighting would be best for adding other corals and anemonies? I don't want to have to upgrade more than once. Would the lights that came with the tank be ok for some mushrooms?

A pair of 250 watt MH.
