wanting to go bigger. Houston people help me

me and my wife are looking into getting a bigger tank. First of all if anyone her is in houston where is the best place to get a nice tank for a reasonable price. Im looking for atleast 100 gallons up to maybe 150.
I have talked to a guy that will do setup and help with maintance since I sometimes am out of town for work and when am home work long hours. He can supply everything but I would like to do as much as I can with setting up the tank and getting it started.
I will probably be buying LR from here since so far it is the best price I have seen.
Will I be able to just use pumps in order to get water to and from a sump and fuge? How big of a fuge and sump would I need to best accomadate a 100 gallon display? And also where would be the best place to buy some MH lighting online?
Please chime in with any and all comments and suggestions since this will be a big jump from 14 to 100 or up. I did once have a 30 but still a big jump.

I live in Houston as well and if I were you I would check out *Sorry, out of respect for SWF.com, please do not post links* its Houstons own reef site. There someone always selling a tank on there.
