Wanting to purchse second pair of kudas...

Ugh...this is the first place I always look and I know I didn't see them here before!! I just ordered another pair!!! Can't wait to meet them!! They should be here by the end of the week, captive bred and eating frozen...hope they get along with Apache and Navajo. Now...on to new names...hmmm

I purchased a kuda from this site and got it this am as a companion for the yellow H erectus which neither eating much nor yellow...It's much smaller but is already eating and exploring the whole tank....hasn't done much for the big horse, still clamped to the plant and possibly eating an occasional mysis..

I also received my new pair of kudas from this site...I CAN'T believe how tiny they are!! WOW!! They're acclimating right now and will be for a few hours. So far, they look healthy, hard to say though...I'm sure they're freaked out from the trip.

Apache and Navajo became very animated and interested as soon as the little ones were introduced. Throughout the afternoon, Navajo has been acting like a concerned "mommy", going from one little one to the next. Apache has also been checking out the new additions and actually tries to hang out with them when he's given the chance. All in all, they're becoming very doting little parents. I hope they can teach the little ones how to go about doing everything they need to know.

I posted pics of the new arrivals last evening. Today they're doing great, really moving around the tank and settling in nicely.
