Washing filter pads.

i washed my filter pads in the washing machine today and i was wondering if like residual detergent would be a problem and hurt my tank? or is it such a small amount that it dont really make a difference

I would not risk it. Buy new! I rinse mine in straight water two or three times then out they go. The cost is not worth the money in the DT.
