Watchman goby issues

I have a watchman goby for about 3 months, and it doesn't move to much. I have to hand feed it to get it to get it to eat. Is this normal, I have seen many ones that swim a lot. If it is not, what should i do about it?

They usually find one spot and stand watch. Hince the name "watchman goby". Mine just stays put in front of his burrow he shares with my diamond goby. I don't have to spot feed him though. He was one of my first fish. Once in a while he gets a bug up his but and goes for a stroll swimming around near the top. He ended up in my overflow a few times. He has some weird kind of deathwish. Lol...

normally they would just sit and wait for food to pass them by. maybe u just hv a lazy fish.
