i have had my nano cube dlx 12 gal for a month now...when should i do my first water change??? tank is done cycling and amonia, nitrite, trate, and ph are all fine...THANKS!
After the cycle I would do a 25% water change with RO water. Then a day or two after that I would add a clean up crew, if you haven't already. Give them a week or two, if all is well you can then add a fish and/or a few corals.
corals shouldn't be added for at least six months, the tank needs to be established first.
test your water a day or two after the water change, before you add fish/inverts. Make sure your levels are good.
Sinner's Girl:
I agree that certain more sensitive corals should not be added until the tank has established itself for a time, but more hardy corals such as zoos, shrooms and GSP should be ok as long as the levels are all ok. JMO
