Water Change Question

I have been lurking here for about 2 months as i set up my first SW tank. Its a 29g bowfront, 30lbs LS, 35lbs LR. It cycled in a little over 3 weeks.
pH:8.2
SG: 1.025
trites:0
Amm:0
trates: 20
Cal:380
This is where my question comes, i ordered a "cleaning crew" and they are due to arrive tomorrow. Should i do a water change before or after i add them? I remember reading something about this is a previous thread, but i cannot find it again.

never hurts. should try to get in the habit of a 10% water change per week. I know people say 20% every two weeks, but the weekly will keep your levels at a great level without having to do additives.
EDIT: well, not ever having to do additives

Thanks, that is what i thought, but i wanted to double check. Have some water mixed up and ready to go.
