Water Change?

I have just finished my cycle I believe

... and I was wondering if I do a water change of 22 gallons out of my 125g aquarium will that bring my test readings where they should be? Right now my readings are:
PH 8.2
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrite 0.25
Nitrate 0

Well if you still have ammonia and nitrite then your cycle isn't quite done. Wait until they read zero for a couple days, then do a water change.
