Water Change ?

A while back when I was researching salt water aquariums, I ran across some sort of 'thing' that was said to make water changes un-needed.
Does anyone know what Im talking about? If so, does it actually work?

Imagine living in a house with no windows or doors to open...only filtered recycled air to breath...does that sound appealing to you?

same here... thumbs up on water change. again, once you get the process down, its painless. did mine over the weekend, only took 15 minutes

What is the best time to do a water change, 10-15% weekly or do a 40-50% on a monthly basis?

i myself do a 10% change on a weekly basis, but everybody does it different.
